At Rhino-Accessories.com our advertised prices include standard next working day delivery to most UK mainland postcodes.

*Please note certain postcode regions incur charges* 

We aim to despatch all stock item orders received before 3.30 pm Monday - Friday that same day.

Standard delivery orders are delivered using TNT and a tracked next working day delivery service (Monday - Friday)

Alongside our standard delivery, we offer priority delivery options, before 12pm next working day, before 10.30 am next working day & Saturday delivery

Due to the complexity of deliveries , available options and prices for your postcode area and chosen product will be shown at the checkout stage.

Once your order has dispatched, we will update your order status by email to SHIPPED.

This email confirms your order will be on its way to you with the expected time frame to allow you to make the necessary arrangements

for someone to be in to check and sign for the goods.

Due to multiple factors involved with deliveries, we cannot guarantee the expected delivery time of any order including priority services.

We do however have a 99% success rate of deliveries reaching you within the expected time frame.

If your delivery does not reach you within the expected timeframe, we will contact you and liaise with the couriers to rectify this as fast as possible.

If our courier attempts delivery at your address within the expected time frame, and no one is available to check and sign for the goods they will be returned to the courier's depot.

In this instance, there may be a courier charge incurred to get the order re-delivered.

Please check the condition and quantity of items ordered before signing for them.

Whilst every effort if made by us and our couriers to ensure your order arrives in good condition, damage can & does happen during transit.

When receiving and signing for your goods, please take care to check the items for damage & the quantity you are expecting in the delivery.

Couriers use varying methods for you to sign for deliveries, from electronic devices to paperwork, please make sure you are only signing quantity and condition of the goods you are happy to receive.
